Fujiarte recently held its traditional registration event in Toyohashi, aimed at people interested in job opportunities in Japan. The event, which has become common practice in the region, brought together several companies and attracted an engaged audience, in an environment that also featured a pastry food truck, providing a pleasant experience for participants.
This year, two well-known influencers in the Brazilian community in Japan, Jessica Scarppetto and Camila Pipoka, attended the event.
As well as interacting with the public, they recorded videos, made lives and organized raffles, increasing the visibility of the event and creating direct engagement with their followers. The event was an opportunity for those interested to register for future vacancies, both in Toyohashi and in other regions of Japan. As an incentive, those who registered received a voucher for a pastry and soft drink, as well as taking part in raffles with prizes offered by the exhibiting companies. Participating companies included Nakao Foods, Encanto Artes Paty, Shirley’s Acessórios, Vida com Essência and Suzana Okamoto Natura.
The interaction between these companies and the public was an important aspect of the event, creating a space for exchanging information and networking. Fujiarte also encouraged its employees to take part, offering vouchers for pastries and soft drinks both to those who brought a friend to register and to the guests themselves.
This initiative helped to attract the public for a direct conversation with the hiring managers and also to support activities aimed at Brazilians in the region.
