Fujiarte, founded in 1962, is a recruitment services company specializing in the manufacturing industry. We have developed our business around recruitment, manufacturing outsourcing and personnel placement. At the time of its foundation, the company prided itself on its high technical skills as an iron works contractor, growing by expanding its operations from the shipbuilding and iron works sector to the automotive industry, and subsequently to household appliances, electronic components, semiconductors, machinery and food. Since 1990, in response to the revision of the Immigration Control Act and in anticipation of Japan’s ageing population and declining birth rate, we have been actively promoting the employment of global talent and working to harness their capabilities.
As a pioneer in recruitment services for 60 years since our founding, we aim to be the best partner for our clients, responding to their diverse and increasingly sophisticated needs. We build relationships of trust, support the growth and development of the manufacturing industry that underpins Japan’s economy and contribute to society.

In addition to responding to customer needs, we share challenges, understand the current situation in relation to problems, organize issues, implement measures and propose improvement plans to provide optimal solutions for our customers.
Since our foundation, we have leveraged our accumulated experience and know-how to improve safety, quality and productivity through our unique manufacturing capabilities. We also strive to improve our human resource development capabilities, from recruitment to retention, as well as staff training and career development support. We make continuous efforts in improvement initiatives and the creation of systems and structures.
As for compliance, we strictly adhere to the Temporary Recruitment Services Act and related labor regulations. We also strive to promptly provide our clients with information on legal reviews and assist them in responding appropriately, continuously building trust and reliability.
Because of these efforts, we have been recognized as a “Certified Manufacturing Contractor of Excellence” and a “Recruitment Agency of Excellence”.
