Funcionário da Fujiarte recebe premiação do Ministro da Saúde, Trabalho e Bem-Estar do Japão

Um colaborador da Fujiarte foi selecionado para receber a “Premiação do Ministro da Saúde, Trabalho e Bem-Estar para Supervisores de Excelência em Segurança – Ano Reiwa 7”, e participou da cerimônia oficial realizada no dia 16 de janeiro.

Essa premiação é concedida a supervisores que demonstram habilidades técnicas e experiência excepcionais, atuando de forma exemplar na promoção da segurança nos locais e departamentos sob sua responsabilidade. O objetivo da iniciativa é estimular atividades de segurança nos ambientes de trabalho e nas comunidades, tendo esses líderes como referência.

A Fujiarte continuará empenhada em aprimorar tanto sua força em produção, por meio de melhorias em segurança, qualidade e produtividade, quanto sua força em desenvolvimento humano, com ações voltadas ao recrutamento, retenção, capacitação e formação de carreira, visando oferecer as melhores soluções para seus clientes.

Consent to Use Image Rights

I declare that I have read and understood the contents of this document, agree to its terms and conditions and authorize the company Fujiarte Co. Ltd to make use of my image (below as shooting date), through the use of photos, images, videos, audio recordings, statements, copyrighted materials (below as photos and others.), obtained under the conditions described below:
1. The photos taken on the date (the date they were taken) may be used free of charge by the company, and I also authorize the act of editing, correcting or making adaptations within the Internet network. I also authorize their publication in printed media for as long as I remain an employee and/or even after I leave the company. With regard to this authorization for the use of images, if it is agreed for an indefinite period, if there is a request for termination of use, I request that it be terminated as soon as possible by the company.
Purpose: Publication in internal newsletters, operations reports and company activity reports.
Publication in advertising media with the aim of publicizing the company.
Postings on video exhibition sites and other applications (You Tube, Tik Tok)
Publication on social networking sites and blogs managed by the company.
Period: No fixed period.
2. As a consequence of the use of my image and other information referred to in the previous paragraph, I agree that personal information, such as name, age, gender, and other personal information (excluding residence and telephone number) may be disclosed or provided (e.g. in publications related to the promotion of the company).
3.In the termination of the use (collection) of personal data determined as Rights of images obtained by the company and/or persons or companies appointed for the administration of Home Page, Web Site, SNS, I will not make any other demands or claims against the company, for other acts or omissions. As for the promotion of legal actions for violations of photos and others by third parties, it will be my sole responsibility and at my own expense, not requesting any intervention by the company.
4. Provided that the two conditions set out in the two preceding paragraphs are met, I personally, or through a third party, will not raise any objections regarding the use of the image rights on the basis of this consent form.
