Seminário Gratuito: As Mudanças na Lei de Imigração e o Futuro da Contratação de Estrangeiros no Japão

Com a promulgação da nova lei de imigração no Japão, prevista para entrar em vigor em 2027, a Fujiarte realiza um seminário gratuito para esclarecer as principais mudanças no sistema de contratação de estrangeiros, com foco no novo modelo de “trabalho de formação”. Indicado para profissionais da indústria que lidam com RH e mão de obra.

A Fujiarte convida empresas da área de manufatura para participar do seminário gratuito “Reforma nas Leis é uma Oportunidade!”, com foco nas mais recentes mudanças na legislação sobre contratação de estrangeiros no Japão. O evento será realizado online via Zoom no dia 9 de julho de 2025 (quarta-feira), das 13h às 14h30, com vagas limitadas a 300 participantes.

Com a promulgação da nova lei de imigração em junho de 2024, que prevê a substituição do atual sistema de estágio técnico pelo novo Sistema de Trabalho de Formação em 2027, é essencial que as empresas se atualizem. A nova legislação visa reforçar a formação e retenção de mão de obra estrangeira em setores que enfrentam escassez de trabalhadores no Japão.

O seminário contará com a presença do advogado Shohei Sugita, especialista em legislação trabalhista e imigração, que trará uma explicação detalhada sobre:

  • As diretrizes aprovadas pelo governo japonês em março de 2025
  • Os pontos em discussão pelas autoridades competentes
  • E responderá perguntas enviadas antecipadamente pelos participantes

Consent to Use Image Rights

I declare that I have read and understood the contents of this document, agree to its terms and conditions and authorize the company Fujiarte Co. Ltd to make use of my image (below as shooting date), through the use of photos, images, videos, audio recordings, statements, copyrighted materials (below as photos and others.), obtained under the conditions described below:
1. The photos taken on the date (the date they were taken) may be used free of charge by the company, and I also authorize the act of editing, correcting or making adaptations within the Internet network. I also authorize their publication in printed media for as long as I remain an employee and/or even after I leave the company. With regard to this authorization for the use of images, if it is agreed for an indefinite period, if there is a request for termination of use, I request that it be terminated as soon as possible by the company.
Purpose: Publication in internal newsletters, operations reports and company activity reports.
Publication in advertising media with the aim of publicizing the company.
Postings on video exhibition sites and other applications (You Tube, Tik Tok)
Publication on social networking sites and blogs managed by the company.
Period: No fixed period.
2. As a consequence of the use of my image and other information referred to in the previous paragraph, I agree that personal information, such as name, age, gender, and other personal information (excluding residence and telephone number) may be disclosed or provided (e.g. in publications related to the promotion of the company).
3．In the termination of the use (collection) of personal data determined as Rights of images obtained by the company and/or persons or companies appointed for the administration of Home Page, Web Site, SNS, I will not make any other demands or claims against the company, for other acts or omissions. As for the promotion of legal actions for violations of photos and others by third parties, it will be my sole responsibility and at my own expense, not requesting any intervention by the company.
4. Provided that the two conditions set out in the two preceding paragraphs are met, I personally, or through a third party, will not raise any objections regarding the use of the image rights on the basis of this consent form.
