FujiExperience is a 5-day immersion program created through the Young Apprentices Project of the Consulate General of Brazil in Tokyowith the aim of preparing young Brazilians for the job market in Japan. During this experience, participants will have the chance to experience first-hand the operations of one of the country’s largest outsourcing companies, Fujiarte.
In each edition, the trainees will have the pleasure of traveling to 3 different cities, where they will face practical challenges that simulate real situations, stimulating creativity and critical thinking to make the experience even more enriching.
With more than 30 branches, 7 training centers, an agency in Brazil and a company in the technical field, Fujiarte will offer participants a total corporate immersion, with teams from different global markets
