HIS NEW EXPERIENCE IN JAPAN

FujiExperience is a 5-day immersion program created through the Young Apprentices Project of the Consulate General of Brazil in Tokyowith the aim of preparing young Brazilians for the job market in Japan. During this experience, participants will have the chance to experience first-hand the operations of one of the country’s largest outsourcing companies, Fujiarte.

TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS

In each edition, the trainees will have the pleasure of traveling to 3 different cities, where they will face practical challenges that simulate real situations, stimulating creativity and critical thinking to make the experience even more enriching.

OVERALL STRUCTURE

With more than 30 branches, 7 training centers, an agency in Brazil and a company in the technical field, Fujiarte will offer participants a total corporate immersion, with teams from different global markets

YOUNG APPRENTICES

The Young Apprentices program is an initiative of the Consulate General of Brazil in Tokyo that aims to give Brazilian students new experiences and thus help prepare them for the job market.

Participation is open to all young people, both students enrolled in Brazilian, Japanese and international educational institutions, and those already in the job market or looking for new opportunities

Customer prospecting:

Identifying and approaching new businesses.

Call Center:

Customer service and candidates with a focus on technical and commercial support.

Corporate Philosophy:

Integration into the company's culture and values.

Systems Development:

Automation, programming and technical support.

Training and Technical Courses:

Continuous training for technical improvement and practical skills.

Recruitment:

Selection of talent and integration of professionals for different areas of the company.
Total of 4 recruitment departments: Japanese, Vietnamese, Brazilian and career plan recruitment

Consent to Use Image Rights

I declare that I have read and understood the contents of this document, agree to its terms and conditions and authorize the company Fujiarte Co. Ltd to make use of my image (below as shooting date), through the use of photos, images, videos, audio recordings, statements, copyrighted materials (below as photos and others.), obtained under the conditions described below:
1. The photos taken on the date (the date they were taken) may be used free of charge by the company, and I also authorize the act of editing, correcting or making adaptations within the Internet network. I also authorize their publication in printed media for as long as I remain an employee and/or even after I leave the company. With regard to this authorization for the use of images, if it is agreed for an indefinite period, if there is a request for termination of use, I request that it be terminated as soon as possible by the company.
Purpose: Publication in internal newsletters, operations reports and company activity reports.
Publication in advertising media with the aim of publicizing the company.
Postings on video exhibition sites and other applications (You Tube, Tik Tok)
Publication on social networking sites and blogs managed by the company.
Period: No fixed period.
2. As a consequence of the use of my image and other information referred to in the previous paragraph, I agree that personal information, such as name, age, gender, and other personal information (excluding residence and telephone number) may be disclosed or provided (e.g. in publications related to the promotion of the company).
3．In the termination of the use (collection) of personal data determined as Rights of images obtained by the company and/or persons or companies appointed for the administration of Home Page, Web Site, SNS, I will not make any other demands or claims against the company, for other acts or omissions. As for the promotion of legal actions for violations of photos and others by third parties, it will be my sole responsibility and at my own expense, not requesting any intervention by the company.
4. Provided that the two conditions set out in the two preceding paragraphs are met, I personally, or through a third party, will not raise any objections regarding the use of the image rights on the basis of this consent form.
