Participation Rules:

1. Who can refer:
   Only active Fujiarte employees can participate in the program.
2. Who can be referred:
   Anyone who does not yet have a record or an ongoing process with Fujiarte.
3. When to refer:
   The referral must be made before the candidate's first contact with the company for the position in question.
4. How to refer:
   The employee must complete the official referral form with the candidate's information.
5. Criteria for the bonus:
   Granted if the referred candidate is hired and completes minimum tenure (in some units).
6. Ineligible Sectors:
   Recruitment sector employees cannot participate.

Notes

• The bonus amount may vary depending on the branch, region, or work location.
• The referral does not guarantee hiring. The candidate will undergo a complete selection process.
• Screening will be conducted based on the job criteria and availability.
• Retroactive referrals will not be accepted (after the process begins).
• It is prohibited to request any type of benefit from the referred candidate.
• Misconduct may result in disqualification and internal sanctions.
• Publicly disclosing campaign information to third parties outside of one's personal circle is prohibited.
• Should the referred candidate be unable to be placed in the same unit or region as the referring employee, a position in another branch may be offered. The bonus amount will be adjusted according to the criteria of the new work unit.
• The publicized bonus amounts are defined exclusively by each branch. For referrals of individuals located in Brazil, Fujiarte may make contact as usual; however, the bonus will not be paid at this time. Nevertheless, there is a possibility of including this type of referral in the future.
